Background

NotchPoint started in 2006 with a subcontract to provide website services for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency.  In 2011, our leadership became active with associations after joining ASAE (the American Society of Association Executives).  Our tireless advocacy for associations and nonprofits has made NotchPoint a leader on a wide range of technology-related work.

Adam Hostetter

Owner + Founder

Adam has a pattern for developing trusting relationships and anticipating client needs.  He's on many the speed dial (not that those exist anymore) - peers, client executives, staff.  He thrives on creative expression, person-to-person contact, and carrying projects from concept to completion with a business objective-oriented and client-focused approach.

Adam believes strongly in the power of positive working relationships and team morale to improve business outcomes.  He can assist with the technology (and staying ahead of the frequent changes in the landscape) yet, from experience, can only go so far without a strong client-side collaborator.  Adam lives with his wife, kids, and dog in the Washington, DC area.  linkedin.com/in/hostetter/

Johnny Clayton

Partner & Client Ambassador

Johnny is an association industry veteran.  To know Johnny is to like him.  He provides professional consulting services for sales strategy, internet development, and search solutions.  Over the years, he's led sales initiatives and managed teams for the largest and most successful AMS companies in the business including ASI (iMIS), Aptify and Protech.  His experience and market acumen brings sound perspectives on how NotchPoint can best serve its clients’ ongoing technology and business needs.

Johnny is either a passionate cyclist  or one of those spin class crazies. You decide.  Every weekday he's on the bike about 5:00, so don't even think about scheduling that conference call.
