NotchPoint

About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

History

Adam Hostetter started NotchPoint in 2006 when we was awarded a subcontract to provide website services for the Missile Defense Agency under the U.S. Department of Defense.  In 2011, Adam was recruited to run the Design and Development practice at a $12mm professional services technology firm that catered mostly to the association and non-profit space.  Adam curated a team of employees and a wide network of contractors there and instilled a positive work culture which aligns with his philosophy that strong morale improves business outcomes.

Adam quickly rose in association ranks after joining ASAE (the American Society of Association Executives), the leading voice of the association community and the Center for Association Leadership. He's since spoken many, many times at industry events and has served on ASAE's Technology Council since 2014.  Adam's tireless advocacy for associations and nonprofits has made him a sought-after thought-leader on a wide range of digital media and technology-related topics.
